A consultancy built on twenty-plus years of building organizations that work for the humans inside them.

Founder
Kate Alavez, MBA
Kate Alavez is president of a Los Angeles-based marketing merchandise firm with over $70M in annual revenue - a company she joined at entry level and grew with for two decades into the C-suite. That arc is the heart of what we believe: real transformation is organic, and the strongest organizations grow their people the same way they grow their business.
Along the way she's led organizational change and digital transformation through an ERP transition, scaled 10 U.S. locations and 90+ people from in-office to remote in under 24 hours during the COVID crisis, and built engagement programs that quietly save the business an average of $70,000 a year.
Outside the day job she serves on boards and committees including PromoKitchen and the PPAI Women's Leadership Conference, speaks at Loyola Marymount's College of Business, leads Girl Scouts Troop 70155, and organizes with Grass Roots Neighbors in the South Bay.

What we believe.
- 01
Whole-human teams
People do their best work when they're seen as people first. Engagement, wellness, and clarity aren't perks - they're the operating system.
- 02
Operations as strategy
The boring work - workflows, systems, staffing models - is where strategy actually happens. We love getting into it.
- 03
Lead through change
From COVID continuity plans to ERP migrations, the moments that define a company are the hard ones. Calm, clear leadership matters most then.
